Despite the weather, lots of people ventured into the park for a " wheelie" exciting challenge day organised by the Friends of the Pavilion Gardens.

Instead of a gentle stroll through the park, old and young alike were challenged to come and “Give It a Go”, from a simple treasure hunt to a ride on a unicycle and limbo dancing.

There was no shortage of takers on the day. Trevor Zoppi provided kiddies rides and entertainment to compliment the event.
Other activities on offer included juggling, diablo, stilts, limbo dancing, a treasure trail and raffle. The Friends raised over £100 and would like to thank everyone who helped out and donated prizes.
